The free concert series, Jazz in the Square 2024, offers live jazz performances by local musicians at Moore Square. Attendees can enjoy food trucks and purchase wine and beer on-site. The event encourages participants to bring friends, blankets, and chairs for an evening of music in Downtown Raleigh.
The performer schedule is as follows:
- Aug. 15: Sidecar Social Club
- Aug. 22: Brandon Mitchel Quartet
- Aug. 29: Gastón Reggio Group
- Sept. 12: Gregg Gelb Jazz Quartet
- Sept. 19: Thrio
- Sept. 26: Al Strong
The concerts will take place from 6 to 8 p.m., are open to all ages, and are free of charge.
