The latest episode features C.J. Valenzuela, a Public/Private Partnerships Coordinator with the Housing and Neighborhoods Department. In this role, Valenzuela collaborates with developers, architects, lenders, City Council members, and others to facilitate the creation of affordable housing options for residents.
Valenzuela expressed his passion for his job by stating he enjoys meeting new people and helping them. He takes pride in knowing that his work positively impacts the community.
