The HRM (Historic Resources and Museums) Advisory Board, in collaboration with the Historic Cemeteries Advisory Board, is organizing walking tours of Raleigh’s City Cemetery. These tours are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26, and will take place from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and again from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The tours are open to high school students and older individuals, free of charge.
"Have you ever strolled through Raleigh’s City Cemetery and wondered about the people buried there?" the organizers ask, encouraging participation in this educational event.
