This yoga series combines age-appropriate poses with imaginative yoga adventures, books, and music, offering a special time for parents and caregivers to connect with their children.
Participants will engage in various poses such as hissing in cobra pose, barking in downward dog, and fluttering wings in butterfly pose. The activities aim to build strength, coordination, and balance. Both grown-ups and children are encouraged to wear clothes suitable for movement.
The classes will be held on Saturdays from October 5 to October 26, from 11:15 a.m. to noon. The program is designed for children aged 3-5 years along with a parent or caregiver. The cost is $40, and registration can be completed on RecLink.
