Dementia care training session announced for February

Dementia Capable Cares, a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness and understanding of dementia, is offering an opportunity for individuals interested in learning how to support those affected by dementia symptoms. Teresa Sawyer will lead a discussion aimed at providing insights into supporting all individuals impacted by this condition.

The event is scheduled to take place at Five Points for Active Adults on Monday, February 17th, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. It is open to participants aged 18 and older and is free of charge. Registration can be completed through RecLink.

"Dementia Capable Cares is a non-profit serving the triangle in helping bring more awareness and understanding on the impacts of Dementia in peoples lives," states the organization.
