Greystone Community Center is introducing a new evening yoga class designed to provide relaxation and wellness. The sessions, led by experienced instructor Sarah Peters, will focus on centering, breathwork, strength, flexibility, balance, cool-downs, and resting periods.

Sarah Peters brings 20 years of teaching experience to the class and holds both 200- and 500-hour teacher certifications. Additionally, she has training in energy work and wellness.

The classes are scheduled to begin on March 4 and will take place every Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Greystone Community Center. The program is open to individuals aged 18 and up at a cost of $48 per month. Interested participants can register through RecLink.

"Come put the 'ahhh' in yoga with a new evening class at Greystone Community Center," says the announcement.
