Candidates are required to have at least three years of customer service experience, two years in technical support focusing on networking (including Wi-Fi, firewall configurations, and parental controls), and one year of experience supporting mobile platforms such as iOS and Android. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are necessary, along with the flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays. The position offers remote work opportunities.
