Town of Garner recently issued the following announcement.
Electronic Recycling Event Set for Feb. 22
Do you have old TVs, computers or other electronics gear you want to discard more responsibly? Then you'll want to get this on your calendar: We'll be having an electronics recycling event Saturday, Feb. 22 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Public Works complex, located at 610 Rand Mill Road. This collection event will take the place of all Town curbside pickup of electronics, which has occurred as part of the special spring and fall cleanups.
Cellphones are not included in this collection event. We are providing this particular recycling service to Town residents only.
