Town of Knightdale issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.
The Sewer Maintenance Division of Raleigh Water will be conducting a repair to the Water Distribution Infrastructure at 519 Fayetteville Street, Knightdale, beginning at 6:30PM this evening.
The repair will be on a 6 inch water main between Ridge and Broadway Streets, which will require a road closure between these two streets. Detours will be in place to accommodate traffic and the repair is estimated to be complete by 1:00AM on December 2nd. There should be no interruptions to the surrounding areas water / sewer services.
