The Raleigh Department of Transportation (RDOT) is set to hold the final touchpoint meeting for the Five Points Streetscape and Safety Study. Scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2025, at 7 p.m., the meeting will be conducted via Zoom. It offers residents a chance to receive updates on the project, ask questions, and provide feedback.

During this session, RDOT staff, along with consultant support, will deliver a presentation that includes a project overview. This recap will cover the study's goals and objectives. Additionally, recommended near-term improvements will be discussed. These build on signal modifications implemented in September 2023 as part of efforts to enhance safety and functionality in the area.

Participants can also expect information on what lies ahead as the study approaches completion. The meeting encourages resident participation through a Q&A session where attendees can ask questions and share their feedback.

To join the meeting, residents can use the following Zoom link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84111555416. For those seeking more information or wishing to stay informed about the project's progress, visiting the Five Points Streetscape and Safety Study project page is recommended.

The RDOT looks forward to engaging with community members and discussing ways to continue improving the Five Points area.
