Town of Knightdale issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.
As Town of Knightdale staff prepares for the 2021 Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec 4, community members and the motoring public will begin to see traffic control devices deployed along N. First Avenue and areas surrounding the parade route beginning Friday afternoon 12/3/21. No Parking Orders will be posted along N. First avenue in the on-street parking spaces, as well as some secondary connector streets. The No Parking Orders will be in effect until all roads are re-opened on Saturday, 12/4/21, at the conclusion of the parade. Towing is strictly enforced in order to ensure the safety and security of all parade participants and attendees. Road closures will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, with N. First Avenue being completely closed at 1:00 pm. Please refer to Town of Knightdale, NC (knightdalenc.gov) and town social media pages for more parade information.
