Forest Ridge Park is set to host an exciting new mini-camp that promises a perfect blend of learning and outdoor adventures. The camp, tailored for children aged 10-12 years, offers a unique opportunity to explore nature in a hands-on and engaging way.

According to the official announcement, participants will have the chance to "immerse yourself in learning and outdoor fun at Forest Ridge Park." The activities include hiking to a stream, kayaking on the lake, and exploring the riparian zone through hands-on experiments and interactive games. As stated, attendees should "plan to get wet and learn about the wild."

The mini-camp is scheduled to take place from Monday, July 8, to Wednesday, July 10, running from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The cost of the camp is $161 for residents and $176 for non-residents. This fee covers all the activities and experiences offered during the three-day program.
