The Marsh Creek Community Center is offering a series of gardening classes designed for different skill levels. The classes are open to individuals aged 16 and up, with costs ranging from $5 to $10.
One of the upcoming sessions is "Cool Season Lawn Care for Beginners," scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, from 6:15 to 8 p.m., priced at $10. Another class, "Winter Care for Your Backyard Orchard," will take place on Wednesday, February 26, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., also costing $10.
For those interested in vegetable gardening, the center offers "Introduction to Vegetable Gardening" on Wednesday, March 5, from 6:15 to 8 p.m., with a fee of $5. Additionally, participants can learn about creating edible landscapes in the "Foodscaping: How to Create Your Own Edible Landscape" class on Wednesday, March 19, from 6:15 to 8 p.m., which costs $10.
Finally, there will be a "Hands-on Vegetable Gardening" session on Wednesday, April 30, from 6:15 to 8 p.m., available for $5.
