The construction manager will lead the entire construction process from design to execution. They will handle contract negotiations with contractors to ensure projects meet budget and timeline goals. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal operations teams, provide technical direction, and evaluate facility designs for compliance. A bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of project management experience are required for this position. Preference is given to candidates with a background in real estate development, architecture, or design.
