The meeting of the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission Water Quality Committee, initially set for Tuesday, February 25, has been canceled. It was supposed to take place in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building in Raleigh.

The Environmental Management Commission is tasked with adopting rules aimed at protecting, preserving, and enhancing North Carolina's air and water resources. The Commission also oversees and adopts rules for various divisions within the Department of Environmental Quality, such as the Divisions of Air Quality, Land Resources, Waste Management, and Water Resources.
