Bank of America to redeem all outstanding €1.25 billion notes in May 2025

Bank of America Corporation has announced plans to redeem all €1.25 billion of its 0.808% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes on May 9, 2025. These notes, which are due in 2026, were issued under the company's $65 billion Euro Medium-Term Note Program.

The redemption price for the notes will be matched to the Optional Redemption Amount of €1,000 per €1,000 Calculation Amount, as outlined in the applicable Final Terms dated May 8, 2019. Additionally, any accrued and unpaid interest will be included up to, but not including, the redemption date, with interest ceasing on this date.

Payments related to the redemption will be made using the procedures established by Euroclear Bank SA/NV and Clearstream Banking, S.A. Citibank, N.A., London Branch is listed as the Principal Agent, while Citibank Europe plc is the Registrar for these notes.

Following the redemption, Bank of America will ask the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to remove the notes from the Official List and the London Stock Exchange's regulated market.

Bank of America describes itself as a leading global financial institution, offering banking, investment, and financial management services worldwide, including substantial operations through approximately 3,700 retail centers and 15,000 ATMs in the United States.

The announcement also included a caution about forward-looking statements, advising investors to consider the risks outlined in their SEC filings and Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2024.
