City of Raleigh issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.
The October 5 City Council meetings will be conducted virtually. Individuals wanting to speak during the public hearing/comment period must sign up in advance by Oct. 1 (Friday) at 5 p.m.

The meetings will be broadcast on RaleighNC.gov, YouTube.com/CityofRaleigh, and RTN 11. If you are unable to access via TV or web, please contact communications@raleighnc.gov or 919-996-3040 to obtain instructions for how to listen via phone.
