Town of Garner issued the following announcement on Feb. 19.
The Town of Garner Town Council will hold public hearings to review the following Rezoning Applications on Tuesday, February 22 at 7:00 PM. All public hearings are held in the Council Chambers of the Garner Town Hall located at 900 Seventh Avenue, Garner, NC 27529.
Interested parties are invited to appear before the Town Council and comment during public hearings. It is also possible that substantial changes to the proposed request may be made following said hearing and prior to Town Council action at a subsequent meeting. Upon closing of the public hearing, this request is automatically referred to the Town of Garner Planning Commission and placed on their next available agenda for review and recommendation.
