Town of Knightdale issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.
In conjunction with the upcoming NC Clean Water Education Partnership Creek Week (March 12-19), we want to do our part to get rid of paper from the waste stream AND help you safely get rid of personal and confidential documents. The Town will be hosting a drive-thru shred event on March 19, from 1 - 4 pm. There will be a max of 4 bankers boxes accepted per car, and we will accept paper until the truck is full. Mark your calendars NOW, get your documents together, and be sure to tell your #KnightdaleKneighbors! More Creek Week events will be announced, so stay tuned!
