City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on March 7.

Each year, the City receives federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City is required to develop an Annual Action Plan (AAP) to show how the funds will be used to support housing and community development.

Federal funding sources reported on in the Annual Action Plan include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and other related local funds.
