Event Overview & Details

The City of Raleigh is hosting a Homeownership Information Fair to highlight programs and services available to prospective or existing homeowners. 

Scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 15th, the Homeownership Information Fair will be held at the Carolina Pines Community Center, welcoming attendees from 10 am to 1 pm. This event presents an excellent opportunity for individuals and families looking to purchase their first home or maintain their current home.

Prospective homeowners can drop by to learn about:

  • Homebuyer assistance programs, which help with down payment, closing costs, or other financing gaps for income-qualified, first-time homebuyers
  • Affordable homeownership programs and opportunities in the area
We are also offering a 45-minute Mini Homebuyer Workshop during this event. During the workshop, you will gain a robust overview of the homebuying process and how to prepare for the purchase of your first home. The Workshop will be offered at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and 12 p.m. Seats are limited, so you are encouraged to register in advance

Light refreshments and child care will be available at the event. Registration is not required but is encouraged if you plan to attend one of the Mini Homebuyer Workshops.
