Raleigh Arts is pleased to be a community partner for Downtown Raleigh Alliance's Illuminate Art Walk, a self-guided art walk that brings over 15 light-based art installations to Downtown Raleigh from December 1, 2023, through January 5, 2024.
In addition to the signature piece, Talking Heads, this year’s show features local North Carolina light artists and two artworks from our Municipal Art Collection, "Shimmer Wall" by Thomas Sayer and "SONARC" by Brian Brush. Many of the pieces are stunning tributes to the wildlife of our state, and others are a celebration of our innovative past, present, and future as a community.
