Save the Date! The organizers of the annual Mud Day Celebration have announced the date for this year's event. The festivities are set to take place on Saturday, August 17th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the wetlands.

According to the announcement, attendees can look forward to a variety of activities and attractions aimed at celebrating all things muddy and wonderful. As one of the organizers put it, "Join us for our sixth annual celebration of our wetlands and all things muddy and wonderful! There will be activities, food trucks, and of course, a giant mud pit! Come dressed to get messy and wet."

In addition to the mud pit, the event will feature a range of activities for all ages. "The full list of festival activities also includes mud kitchen, live animals, fort building, an obstacle course, local environmental organizations, crafts, and water play," shared another event organizer.

The Mud Day Celebration promises to be a fun-filled day for the whole family, with no cost for entry. So mark your calendars and get ready to embrace the messiness and joy of the wetlands on August 17th!
