The City's Department of Equity and Inclusion is hosting a community conversation in celebration of Women's History Month on March 27. The event, titled "Take Back Control of Our Narrative," will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Optimist Raleigh coffee shop.

According to The City's Department of Equity and Inclusion, the event aims to explore the intersecting dynamics of race and gender while challenging and deconstructing stereotypes about women.
