WARRIOR Strength™ is a 45-minute class that offers participants a comprehensive workout experience through two distinct sections, Cardio Countdown and Get Pumped. According to an unknown source, the Cardio Countdown segment of the class follows a consistent formula focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, aiming to maximize caloric expenditure in a short period of time. On the other hand, the Get Pumped section is designed to enhance strength, tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt muscles.

The class is open to individuals of all levels and fitness backgrounds who are looking to challenge themselves and break a sweat. As mentioned by an unidentified speaker, WARRIOR Strength™ caters to those who want to feel their muscles working and are eager to get back in shape. The class is scheduled to run as a monthly series, with a free introductory session on April 19 and subsequent sessions from April 26 to May 24.

Fridays from April 19 to May 24 have been earmarked for the class, with the free introductory session taking place on April 19. The class will run from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. and is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Residents can participate for $25, while non-residents can join for $40. Interested individuals are encouraged to register on RecLink to secure their spot in this exciting new fitness offering.
