Raleigh Transportation is inviting families, children, and Halloween enthusiasts to an evening of transportation discovery and Halloween excitement. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 30, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the March Creek Community Center located at 3050 N New Hope Road in Raleigh, NC.

Participants are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes and meet Raleigh’s Transportation staff. Residents can bring questions about ongoing and upcoming transportation projects. Staff will provide information, answer questions, and discuss the impact of these projects on the community.

Activities for all ages include chatting with staff about transportation updates, face painting, games, trying out a Cardinal Bikeshare bike or an e-scooter with safety tips provided, exploring an electric GoRaleigh bus, visiting a robotic sewer inspection camera and stormwater truck, learning about career opportunities in transportation, enjoying light refreshments and sweet treats.

There will also be a chance to win a grand prize. The first 30 attendees will receive a Transportation and Treats scratch-off card.

This free event welcomes all families. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their Halloween best for an evening of fun and community engagement.

"We look forward to seeing you there!"
