The Norman and Betty Camp Education Center, located at 950 Peterson Street, Raleigh, NC 27610, is welcoming visitors to explore its facilities. The center includes public restrooms, water fountains, and two classrooms available for rental. It also offers ADA accessibility through Sensory Kits available at the Front Desk. The center is open and free to the public from Tuesday to Sunday during operating hours.

Visitors have the opportunity to meet animal ambassadors such as the Eastern King Snake, Black Rat Snake, Eastern Box Turtle, and Cope’s Grey Tree Frog. The staff at the center are enthusiastic about introducing these animals and sharing their knowledge with guests.

"We are dedicated to connecting people with nature through education and conservation," said a representative of Walnut Creek Wetland Park. "We carry on the vision of Dr. Norman and Betty Camp."

The Walnut Creek Wetland Park encourages visitors to join in fostering a sustainable community and environment.
