Triangle-based artists are invited to apply to transform ordinary trash bins into unique works of art. This fleet of artistic waste receptacles will be used during festivals and special events in Downtown Raleigh. The aim is to add color to Downtown events and encourage residents to use the bins.

The initiative is funded by the City’s Office of Special Events and managed by Artsplosure in collaboration with Solid Waste Services and Raleigh Arts.

Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, October 11 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

For more information on how to apply, visit the Classy CART Creations landing page.
