Raleigh Water has introduced a new Sewer Capacity Study webpage aimed at simplifying the process for developers and engineers. This initiative seeks to provide easier access to necessary information and streamline the submission of studies.

The new platform offers several features designed to enhance user experience. Users can expect seamless data access, eliminating the need to search through emails. The webpage provides instructions on utilizing the Permit and Development Portal for requesting sewer data directly from team members, ensuring that users receive the most current information available.

A standardized template has been developed to assist in structuring sewer capacity studies clearly and efficiently, aiding both users and reviewers. Additionally, the portal allows for simplified submissions by enabling direct uploads of completed studies. This method is expected to expedite processing times and improve tracking capabilities.

For any inquiries or further assistance, Raleigh Water encourages users to contact their staff at water.review@raleighnc.gov. A team member will be available to provide support as needed.

By fostering collaboration through this streamlined process, Raleigh Water aims to maintain the sustainability and reliability of the city's wastewater infrastructure.
