Pyotr Kochetkov is expected to start for the Carolina Hurricanes against Utah, following a strong performance in his recent games. The 25-year-old goalie has been in excellent form, winning his last seven appearances and maintaining a .911 save percentage and 2.28 goals-against average during this period. He has been the preferred choice in six of the team's last seven matches, with notable performances against Pittsburgh and Vegas.

The lineup is anticipated to remain unchanged from their previous victory at T-Mobile Arena. Jordan Martinook aims to continue his scoring streak for a fifth consecutive game, while Martin Necas looks to extend his career-high point streak to 11 games.

Seth Jarvis was absent from the morning skate due to an upper-body injury and is considered day-to-day. Tyson Jost is likely to replace him after scoring in his debut for the team against the Golden Knights.

The betting odds provided by Fanatics Sportsbook favor the Hurricanes at -200.
