Elf Squad hosts toy giveaway events across multiple community centers

Hill Street, Peach Road, Sgt. Courtney T. Johnson, and Sanderford Road Centers are organizing a holiday toy event for families in need this season. The initiative aims to support families by providing toys for children.

The centers will host four toy giveaway events, allowing attendees to choose the most convenient date. Toy drop-offs are accepted until Monday, December 9 at various locations including Aquatic Centers, Community Centers, Five Points Center for Active Adults, Forest Ridge Park, Millbrook Exchange Tennis Center, Sertoma Arts Center, Thomas G. Crowder Woodland Center, and Walnut Creek Wetland Center.

The giveaways are open to children aged 0-13 years old. Each child will receive one toy while supplies last and no registration is required.

Events are scheduled as follows:

- Monday, December 16 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Hill Street Neighborhood Center located at 2307 Hill St., Raleigh NC.

- Thursday, December 19 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Peach Road Cultural Center located at 911 Ileagnes Rd., Raleigh NC.

- Saturday, December 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sanderford Road Neighborhood Center located at 2623 Sanderford Rd., Raleigh NC.

- Saturday, December 21 from noon to 3 p.m. at Sgt. Courtney T. Johnson Community Center located at 1801 Proctor Rd., Raleigh NC.
