Raleigh's Safe Streets for All (SS4A) initiative is inviting community members to participate in a series of public meetings aimed at gathering input on how to enhance the city's transportation network. The plan seeks to eliminate serious injuries and fatal crashes by 2045, while making the transportation system safer, more equitable, and better connected.

Residents are encouraged to attend one of the scheduled meetings where they can express their views and suggestions directly to the SS4A team. Meetings will be held across different districts, ensuring that all residents have an opportunity to participate.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

- Tuesday, January 28; 4:30 – 7 p.m. at Barwell Road Community Center (District C), located at 5857 Barwell Park Drive.

- Wednesday, February 5; 4:30 – 7 p.m. at Green Road Community Center (District A), located at 4201 Green Road.

- Monday, February 17; 4:30 – 7 p.m. at Carolina Pines Community Center (District D), located at 2305 Lake Wheeler Rd.

- Tuesday, February 25; 4:30 – 7 p.m. at Laurel Hills Community Center (District E), located at 3808 Edwards Mill Road.

- Wednesday, March 5; 4:30 – 7 p.m. at Abbotts Creek Community Center (District B), located at 9950 Durant Road.

Each district will host a meeting to ensure equal access for all residents. Those unsure of their district can use the "Find Your Services" section on the RaleighNC.gov homepage for assistance.
