Amazon has announced an open seasonal Disability Leave Services (DLS) Accommodation Consultant position in North Carolina. The announcement was posted on Amazon Jobs on April 9, 2025.

According to Amazon, the company is seeking a seasonal accommodation consultant for its DLS program, which provides continuous support to employees, applicants, and candidates navigating leave, disability, or accommodation needs. The role involves being the main contact for employees requesting Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations and working with leadership and internal teams throughout the process. Candidates should be able to handle sensitive cases, manage multiple priorities, and work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities include full case management, stakeholder communication, and training related to accommodations and return-to-work processes. The role may require travel up to 25% of the time and working nights or weekends during peak periods. Minimum qualifications include one year of human resources (HR), customer service, or case management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include two years of HR experience and familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking, or payroll systems.
