In an effort to promote outdoor activities and skill development, a Mountain Bike Basics course is set to take place on Saturday, March 16. The event aims to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to mountain biking, catering to individuals aged 14 and above.

"Hit the trails with confidence!" With these encouraging words, the course promises to equip attendees with essential skills and knowledge under the guidance of certified instructors. "Our certified instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of mountain biking. Learn and practice riding techniques, body position, braking, and shifting," the organizers stated.
