Raleigh, Mar 25 2024 - The upcoming Touch-A-Truck event at Sanderford Road is set to offer a unique hands-on experience with various vehicles, catering to both children and adults. Scheduled for Saturday, April 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event promises to be a fun and interactive experience for the whole family.
According to event organizers, the Touch-A-Truck event at Sanderford Road will allow attendees to "see, touch, and safely explore their favorite trucks and heavy machinery, as well as meet the personnel who protect, serve, and build the Raleigh community."
In an effort to accommodate guests with sensitive hearing, a special 'No Horn Hour' has been arranged from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Event organizers encourage "little ones with sensitivities to loud noises" to attend during this time to enjoy the experience in a more comfortable environment.
The event is open to individuals aged 0-12 and admission is free of charge. It aims to provide an educational and entertaining opportunity for attendees to learn more about various vehicles and the individuals who operate them.
Families in the Raleigh area are encouraged to mark their calendars for the Touch-A-Truck event at Sanderford Road and take advantage of this engaging and informative experience.
