Line dancing enhances regular physical activity, helping to keep both body and mind youthful and vibrant. For those who enjoy dancing, it serves as an ideal way to combine pleasure and fitness. Engaging in activities like dancing can play a significant role in preventing illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis, and depression. Additionally, line dancing increases flexibility, builds endurance, improves balance and posture, and relieves stress and tension.
The organization’s motto is: "Live Love Line Dance!" Participants do not need prior dance experience; by the end of the class, they will know how to step, shuffle, or stomp.
Classes are scheduled for Wednesdays on August 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The sessions are open to individuals aged 18 and up at a cost of $7 per class. Registration is available on RecLink.
