Lowe's has revamped its MVPs Pro Rewards & Partnership Program, rebranding it as MyLowe's Pro Rewards. This update comes a year after the launch of the MyLowe's Rewards program for homeowners. The newly designed program aims to save Lowe's professional customers time and money through earned points redeemable for MyLowe's Money, member deals, and more.

Targeting small-to-mid-sized professionals, the program allows participants to earn points from their first dollar spent upon sign-up. It mirrors the homeowner loyalty program by offering an intuitive customer experience while adding features like access to merchandise, sports memorabilia, gift cards, volume discounts, and business tools. Users of the MyLowe's Pro Rewards Credit Card will benefit from a 5% discount on eligible purchases and a complimentary upgrade to Platinum Pro status.

Quonta Vance, Lowe's executive vice president of Pro and Home Services stated: "If you're a Pro, we want you enrolled in MyLowe's Pro Rewards program because we're focused on saving Pros more when they choose Lowe's first. This is one of the few rewards programs in the industry designed to reward Pros from their first dollar spent – no special volume thresholds to earn and save at Lowe's."

The new benefits under MyLowe's Pro Rewards include earning points on eligible purchases per dollar spent that can be redeemed for various rewards such as gift cards and exclusive products. Members also gain access to member-only deals, free standard shipping (excluding Alabama and Hawaii), volume discounts on quotes over $1,500, a 20% paint discount after spending $3,000 annually on paint supplies, purchase authorization services, online order quoting options, and personalized in-app experiences.

Jen Wilson, Lowe’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer commented: "We're building a loyalty ecosystem that's designed with our customers at the center – we want ALL of our members, no matter DIY or Pro, to know that when they choose Lowe’s first, they get more."
