Carolina Hurricanes prepare familiar lineup against Colorado Avalanche

The Carolina Hurricanes are preparing to face the Colorado Avalanche, aiming to return to their previous successful lineup combinations. The team practiced at Invisalign Arena, where Sebastian Aho was seen back with Jack Roslovic and Andrei Svechnikov. This trio had previously shown strong performance in early November.

Eric Robinson and Martin Necas have rejoined Jack Drury after spending some time skating alongside Aho earlier this week. In goal, Pyotr Kochetkov will start again after making 24 saves in a recent game against Seattle. Dustin Tokarski is set to serve as backup goaltender for the first time since joining the team.

The projected lineup for tonight includes forwards Svechnikov, Aho, Roslovic; Robinson, Drury, Necas; Martinook, Staal, Jarvis; and Carrier, Kotkaniemi, Blake. On defense are Slavin with Burns; Orlov with Chatfield; and Gostisbehere with Walker.

Injuries continue to affect the team with Frederik Andersen out due to a knee injury and Jesper Fast sidelined for the season because of a neck issue. Riley Stillman is listed as a scratch for tonight's game.

Betting odds provided by Fanatics Sportsbook list the Hurricanes at -160.
